Seminal treatise on an Incurable Pain Syndrome

To my knowledge, in the last 20 years, there has been no such treatise on the little known Central Pain Syndrome. This is a vicious pain syndrome which has otherwise been considered incurable by countless doctors. The procedure is presented as a cure, but you have to read it all carefully. The pain from this syndrome is constant and ever-present, completely disabling, and by itself magnifies every other pain in your body, but this treatise presents curative surgery with good results, though not 100% certain.
